Using five varieties of black grapes from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, the wine undergoes initial low-temperature fermentation, then slowly raised temperature for 30 to 40 days of maceration and fermentation to extract rich flavors, followed by 13 months of aging in oak barrels, resulting in a mellow and profound taste.
A dry red wine with depth, characterized by concentrated fruit flavors harmonized with aromas of red fruits, spices, herbs, and toast, fine tannins, and rich acidity.
