Yama-Sauvignon is a hybrid variety of wild mountain grapes native to Japan and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a vivid, deep purple color. This rich and wild wine is characterized by its vibrant acidity and bitterness. The unfiltered type, bottled directly from the tank, offers a richer taste and aroma than filtered ones, and you can enjoy the evolving flavors as it matures over time. It pairs well with Western cuisine in general, especially hearty meat dishes.
The 2021 vintage is made without added sugar.
