Made with 100% Chardonnay from our own vineyard. To achieve both freshness and richness, grapes at different ripening stages are harvested separately. After pressing, free-run juice and press juice are fermented in separate tanks at 16–18°C. Only the press juice tank undergoes malolactic fermentation (MLF) to add softness. This is a pure Chardonnay with no barrel aging. It features citrus and white floral aromas, with a straightforward fruitiness and a subtle sweetness on the finish.
