A red wine made from Cabernet Franc grown in our own vineyard in South Shinshu. It was aged for 8 months in American and French oak barrels. Aromas of blueberry, mocha, and mint. Fruit flavors reminiscent of cassis and pomegranate. A soft texture with rich acidity and silky tannins that blend harmoniously, making it a pleasant wine.
