Wine made from longan grown in our own vineyard in South Shinshu. The wine's name, "Gris," comes from the color of the longan's skin, meaning "pinkish light gray" in French. Through carbonic maceration and fermentation on the skins, it offers an elegant aroma reminiscent of white flowers and a refreshing herbal scent. It features a well-balanced light acidity and bitterness. A casual table wine to enjoy anytime.
