A white wine brewed using Chardonnay from Azumino City. It undergoes "mash fermentation," where the skins and seeds are fermented together. It was aged for 8 months in a hybrid barrel of French oak and French acacia. Enjoy the floral aroma, rich fruit flavor, and the slight bitterness derived from the mash fermentation.
