Compiled by [とじいと]. The name reflects the desire to create a gentle, endlessly enjoyable wine woven with connections to various people and the warmth of this region.
A red wine made from Merlot and Syrah grown in our own vineyards in South Shinshu, and Cabernet Franc from Azumino City. Aromas of dark fruits such as prunes and plums, with subtle hints of spices and herbs. Due to the cool climate at an altitude of 720m, it has a modest volume. A soft texture with light acidity and silky, moderate tannins creates a pleasant wine.
