The Villadest vineyard is located at an altitude of 850 meters, and its cool climate produces grapes with firm acidity and flavor. The highest quality grapes, carefully cultivated, are fermented in French oak barrels and aged in barrels for about seven months in sur lie condition before bottling. The wine is finished with rich fruitiness and moderate oak aroma, giving it volume, while the good acidity imparts an elegant feel.
The 2005 vintage was served at the 2008 Hokkaido Toyako Summit, and the 2014 vintage was served at the 2016 Ise-Shima Summit banquet.
