2022 saw a cold winter for the first time in a while, and temperatures from spring to early summer were also lower than usual, causing bud break and flowering to be slightly delayed. After the rainy season began, June did not have much rain, but there was a sudden heatwave in late June, and frequent evening showers continued until late July. Despite the unstable conditions, the high temperatures helped make up for the delayed growth.
From mid to late September, due to rain and low temperatures caused by typhoons, the harvest started about a week later than usual.
It was not an easy year, but thanks to the staff's hard work and the weather stabilizing from mid-October, we were able to harvest healthy, abundant, and high-quality grapes overall.
