MUSUBI’s premium cuvée, MUSUBI ~Jūnihitoe~, is an orange wine blended from 12 varieties including aromatic grapes. It has a refined yet vibrant character, with the complex flavors of twelve grape varieties layered intricately.
Destemmed grapes undergo maceration in concrete tanks for about 3 weeks (some varieties are direct pressed), followed by about 9 months of aging in concrete tanks. Aromas of various fruits such as peach, apple, and melon rise along with floral scents reminiscent of lilies.
The moment it touches the mouth, a floral and fruity flavor spreads, while the fermentation process leaves a slight bitterness at the end that pairs well with various dishes.
