Sanyo Brewing / Chardonnay Amber (White) 750ml

We blended Chardonnay from two vintages (2022 and 2023) harvested from our own vineyard in Makioka Town. The result is a well-balanced wine with fresh fruit flavors and sweet aromas and nuts derived from the barrels.
Rather than differences due to vintage such as weather and grape ripeness, two wines with significant differences in winemaking were combined.　
In 2022, new barrel aging was done using sulfur dioxide. In 2023, fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks without added sulfur dioxide. After bottling each separately, it felt like they were good on their own, but when blended, a new wine was created where both developed multiplicatively.
