This wine, made from Koshu grapes grown in Katsunuma Town, is a dry wine with a refreshing taste that expresses the characteristics of sur lie aging, such as yeast-derived flavors and umami.
Pairs well with all types of Japanese cuisine, especially seafood dishes.
