In Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, known for Merlot cultivation, we began contract farming with 10 growers in October 1998.
High altitude, cool climate, and well-drained soil conditions produce grapes rich in fruit flavor.
Especially in the favorable weather of 2012, we were able to harvest healthy grapes.
We focused on naturally bringing out the characteristics of the grape varieties, aiming for an elegant wine rather than a powerful one.
Only carefully selected grapes from contracted growers are used.
