Using late-harvested Koshu grapes from our own managed vineyards "Miyanoshita-en" and "Koizumi-en." Inspired by traditional "wine," fermentation was carried out using concrete and enamel tanks. After fermentation, it was transferred to oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for aging. This wine features an orange-tinged pink color extracted from the grape skins, rich flavors that fully bring out the characteristics of the Koshu grape, and a pleasant astringency, offering a fresh surprise. It pairs well with slightly bitter ingredients and is a wine to enjoy with rustic dishes.
