Made from Chardonnay grapes harvested in August 2022 from the "Shoko Vineyard" in Yamakita, Konan City. The fruit was in excellent condition and fully ripe. The wine was barrel fermented and aged in new French oak barrels, then matured for one year in stainless steel tanks.
Clear and pale lemon color. Aromas of pear, grapefruit, and stone fruits, with flavors reminiscent of vanilla, coconut, and dried fruits. Dry with high acidity, fragrant, and leaves a long, impressive finish.
This is the top cuvée made from the best-condition grapes of 2022, grown in Inoue Winery's own vineyard.
