Chardonnay from the "Shoko Field" in Yamabukicho, Konan City, harvested in August 2022. The fruit was in good condition, and mature grapes were harvested. Fermentation and aging were carried out in new French oak barrels, and it was aged in stainless steel tanks for one year.
Clear and pale lemon color. Aromas reminiscent of pear, grapefruit, and stone fruits, with flavors of vanilla, coconut, and dried fruits. It is dry with high acidity, fragrant, and has a long finish that is impressive.
This is a top cuvée made from the best condition grapes of 2022, grown in Inoue Winery's own vineyards.
