"The winery's original variety 'Koberu/COBEL,' a hybrid of Riesling and wild grape, is cultivated in the Ichimura vineyard in Yamakita, Kagami-cho, Konan City, Kochi Prefecture, a region known for Satsuma mandarin production."
It is an area with good conditions of sunlight, wind, and soil, making it a favorable environment for grape cultivation.

Pale lemon color. A scent reminiscent of white flowers, a sweetness reminiscent of ripe melon-like and stone fruit-like fruits, and an aftertaste with a salty and mineral feel like minerals.
And it is a white wine with a pleasant balance of acidity and fruitiness, friendly and soothing.
