A beautiful orange-pink petillant (lightly sparkling) rosé sparkling wine.
Made with Muscat Bailey A grapes grown together with the senior club members of the Mirobu district in Kami City, using a "short maceration" method to extract the complex flavors from the grape skins and seeds like a red wine. After one year of aging, it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is then aged for 10 months. The result is a fine-textured wine with long-lasting bubbles.
Features red fruit flavors like cotton candy, strawberry, and raspberry.
