The year 2022 arrived after a winter of heavy snow. A calm spring, a brief rainy season and a "return of the rainy season," summer was properly hot and raised expectations, but after the Obon holiday, autumn came without any clear skies. Amidst this, the Sauvignon Blanc reached its harvest period. While there were difficulties in the vineyard, the fermentation in winemaking proceeded smoothly, and efforts were made here to maximize the potential of the grapes without compromising quality.
The rich aromas of diverse fruits such as lemon, lime, and tropical fruits, as well as herbs, spread abundantly, and the sharp, expansive acidity that continues to the end tightens the flavor.
