The year 2022, welcomed after a winter of heavy snow. A gentle spring, a brief rainy season and "the return of the rainy season," followed by a hot summer that raised expectations, but autumn arrived without any clear skies after the Obon holiday. In the midst of this, the Sauvignon Blanc reached its harvest period. While there were challenges in the vineyard, the fermentation process in the winery proceeded smoothly, and we worked to maximize the potential of the grapes without compromising quality.
Rich aromas of various fruits and herbs, including lemon, lime, and tropical fruits, spread abundantly, and the crisp, elongated acidity tightens the flavor all the way to the end.
