Merlot from Fuefuki City and Merlot, Bailey Alicante A, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon from our own managed vineyard in Makioka Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in barrels for 13 months. A small amount of 2018 Muscat Bailey A is blended before bottling.
Deep and vivid color with aromas of vanilla along with cassis and plum-like fruit scents.
A full-bodied red wine with soft yet prominent tannins and rich umami, offering a mellow finish.
