Made with 100% Koshu grapes from our own vineyard along the Shigekawa River in Koshu City. Since the grapes harvested from this field have high nutrients necessary for fermentation, we have been producing single-varietal batches since 2009. It features a rich flavor with aromas of Western pear and Japanese citrus, and a refreshing acidity.
