Fully ripe, beautiful Delaware grapes are soaked and fermented with skins, and fermented with wild yeast to create an orange wine. It is an orange wine with a sweet aroma and a well-balanced bitterness that spreads in the mouth, complementing a wide range of meals.
Last year's vintage "Delaware Orange Brewed on the Island" is a wine that won the bronze prize at the Japan Wine Competition.
