The "Shima Mikan" series of citrus fruit wines is made using pesticide-free Iyo oranges and navels grown in Omishima. It features high gas pressure with strong bubbles, a citrus aroma derived from Iyo oranges, sharp acidity, and a bitterness reminiscent of tonic water in the aftertaste. There is also a nuance of green herbs in the finish, resulting in a refreshing overall character.
