The "Shima Mikan" series of citrus fruit liqueurs is made using pesticide-free Iyokan and Navel oranges grown in Omishima. It features high gas pressure with strong bubbles, a citrus aroma derived from Iyokan, sharp acidity, and a bitterness reminiscent of tonic water in the aftertaste. The finish also carries a hint of green herbal notes, making it an overall refreshing drink.
