This is a deeply flavored red wine made by aging Cabernet Sauvignon from our own HIYAKE VINEYARD for one year in barrels.
The 2019 vintage was a relatively mild year for grape cultivation throughout Yamanashi Prefecture. Originally planned to be released as the top cuvée HIYAKE VINEYARD, this wine appeared as Anemone Clere due to its slightly lighter color than usual.
It is a moist and delicious red wine that offers a rich aroma and umami reminiscent of the warm soil unique to this vineyard, along with a soft fruitiness and a deep, flavorful taste.
