This deeply flavored red wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our own HIYAKE VINEYARD, aged for one year in barrels.
The 2019 vintage was a relatively mild year for grape cultivation across Yamanashi Prefecture. Originally planned for release as the top cuvée HIYAKE VINEYARD, this wine appeared as Anemone Cléret due to its slightly lighter color than usual.
This moist and delicious red wine offers a soft fruitiness combined with a rich aroma and depth of flavor that evoke the warm soil unique to this vineyard.
Enjoy it with a beautiful red anemone label.
