The Albariño, harvested in its fourth year at the Yatsu vineyard, was carefully managed from raw material processing through storage and bottling to prevent oxidation, preserving the fruit aromas. It was fermented with two different types of yeast and blended to complete the wine.
A glossy, shining golden color. Aromas reminiscent of ripe peaches and mangoes, white and yellow flowers, and a floral scent like osmanthus spread out. The attack is somewhat strong, with concentrated fruit flavors expanding in the mouth, supported by firm acidity and minerals that tighten the wine and give it a clear structure. It is a dry white wine with a subtle salty note and a rich finish.
