This wine is the successor to UKIHA BUBBLES. Since the first vintage in 2021, this series has taken on various flavor challenges.
This product is the first to achieve the flavor balance we ideally aim for.
UKIHA BUBBLES was in the experimental phase (searching for the flavor blueprint), and from this product onward, we position it as an 'evolution' (expressing terroir through flavor).
Named after the "Minō Mountain Range," which shapes our region, environment, and the flavor of the wine, we release it as MINŌ BUBBLES.
The grapes used in this product are all grown in vineyards spread at the foot of the Minō Mountain Range, located south of the winery (partly blended with our own grapes).
If you close your eyes while drinking, we believe you can feel the scenery and energy of Ukiha and Asakura.
