Fermented using free-run (first press) Koshu grapes.
Afterward, it is aged for several months in a 5,000L large barrel made in 1944 that conveys the history of Iwasaki Brewery, making it a unique white wine.
The wine slowly matures using traditional large barrels.
While retaining the elegance of Koshu, it imparts barrel flavors and umami to the wine.
Aroma of Japanese citrus like iyokan, white peach, and apple, with a hint of flint.
Gentle on the palate with pure fruit flavors and a rich finish.
