Primarily composed of the mountain grape hybrid Wine Grand, skillfully blended with Black Pegal, mountain grape, and Kunitoyo No. 3.
The color is a beautiful reddish pink, with aromas mainly of strawberry, cherry, and red fruits.
Gives a refreshing and fresh impression. It has a slight bitterness and complexity, finished as a somewhat dry wine perfect for meals.
Pairs excellently not only with Japanese and Chinese cuisine but also with fish and meat dishes.
