Mr. Kusaka, representative of Kusaka Vineyards, trained under renowned Yamanashi grape grower Mr. Hitoshi Ikegawa, head of "i-vines," and became independent in Ichikai Town, Tochigi Prefecture.
A popular grape grower who also supplies raw grapes to other wineries, and in 2025, Iwasaki also received Koshu grapes from them.
Although the appearance is quite cloudy, I like it for its very fruity aroma and charming taste.
It is best to drink it while fresh, ideally within the year.
