This is the first wine in Japan brewed with sake yeast.
This wine is made from Koshusyu grapes, carefully fermented at low temperatures using sake yeast instead of wine yeast, resulting in a gentle aroma and a soft flavor that pairs well with Japanese cuisine.
It pairs especially well with dishes such as rock oysters, chilled tofu, sashimi, and grilled chicken, making it ideal as a table wine.
