We named this wine CLASSY after the best vintage and the finest maturation.
In 2016, there was little rain in August during the harvest, resulting in grapes with high concentration. After about 24 months of barrel aging, the wine was bottle-aged in an underground cellar.
In addition to the ripe strawberry and blueberry fruit aromas, you can sense nuances of mushrooms and leaf mold from long-term aging. Silky tannins provide a pleasant finish.
