To bring out the characteristics of the Muscat Bailey A variety, we performed a "skin contact" process by soaking the grape skins in the juice and allowed it to ferment slowly at low temperatures.
With a sweet and vibrant fruit aroma combined with a refreshing acidity, this is a flavorful dry rosé wine. Enjoy the "mariage" with a wide range of dishes.
