The Muscat Berry A variety, cultivated under contract in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, was harvested in early November as "late-picked," waiting for the sugar content and fruit flavor to fully mature.
To better bring out the characteristics of the Muscat Berry A variety, it was carefully brewed and then bottled without heating after being aged for 11 months in French wine barrels.
This is a refined and deep red wine, harmonizing the vibrant fruit aroma of Muscat Bailey A with the complex flavors derived from oak.
