The Muscat Berry A variety, cultivated under contract in the Kashiwabara area of Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, was harvested in early November as "late-picked," after waiting for sufficient sweetness and fruit flavor to develop.
Grapes with a rich color profile born from sandy soil and clay. Although they have not been barrel-aged, they have developed a fully ripe, dense fruit flavor and a spicy aroma, resulting in a full-bodied and rich red wine.
