Cultivated without using any chemical fertilizers or herbicides.
After waiting for full ripeness, the grapes were carefully handpicked and naturally fermented with the native “wild yeast (various strains)” present on the grape fruit.
This is a completely additive-free raw wine with no added yeast, no added sugar or acid, and no antioxidants used at all.
Since it is unfiltered, sediment may appear, but there is no problem with the quality.
