Made with 100% fully ripe Delaware grapes harvested in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture. The Yokohama Winery's orange wine, miraculously created after work was delayed due to a typhoon-induced power outage, is now in its fourth year. This season, it has been scaled up even further! It was slowly fermented with natural yeast at low temperatures. The color is a mellow orange.
The original sweet aroma of Delaware grapes is enhanced with richness and complexity, resulting in a deeply flavorful wine with a warm orange hue that meets expectations. You can enjoy the sweet fragrance of Delaware. It pairs well with light salads made from fresh vegetables, dashi-flavored hot pot, curry, and other spicy dishes.
