Brewed from 100% mountain grapes from Noda Village (Nomura and Yamashita varieties). Using white wine yeast to preserve a fresh aroma and the natural acidity of the mountain grapes, this rosé pairs well with seafood from Northern Sanriku and light meat dishes.
Bright reddish-purple appearance, characterized by the lively acidity and fruitiness of mountain grapes. Aromas of cherry and raspberry, with hints of plum and shiso.
