A carefully selected blend of mountain grape wine made from 100% mountain grapes grown in Noda Village, using only late-harvested fruit. Aged for 8 months in barrels in the caves of the former Noda Tamagawa Mine, where the mountain grape and barrel aromas blend to create a complex red wine.
Deep reddish-purple appearance, with the acidity of mountain grapes mellowed and harmonized through aging. Aromas of cassis and dried flowers, with hints of cocoa and chocolate.
