Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture were fermented with wild yeast using both pulp and skins. The freshness of the grapes and the color from the skins were fully extracted.
This is a dry wine crafted to let you enjoy the natural flavors of the grapes and wine.
A sweet and rich aroma of apricot and dried persimmon. Additionally, fresh notes of mandarin orange, white peach, subtle caramel candy sweetness, and spice create a complex and warm impression in this elegant wine.
The crisp and firm acidity is balanced by a softness from lactic acid, making it easy to drink. While the acidity cleanly tightens the palate, the slightly fuller body and robust alcohol give the wine depth.
