This wine is made from 100% domestically produced grapes.
The manufacturing process involves destemming and crushing all the grapes, and fermenting the skins and seeds together in clean stainless steel tanks.
The fermentation temperature is carefully managed at 25 to 30°C.
After the alcohol fermentation is complete, cooling is performed in the tank and sedimentation is carried out.
The wine, which has been clarified through several racking processes, is transferred to French oak barrels and aged in the barrel for about a year before being bottled.
The bottle aging period until release is about 6 months.
