This white wine is made from the Koshu grape variety grown in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, which has been jointly certified as a Japan Heritage. It is brewed at the Ushiku Chateau Winery, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property and recognized Japan Heritage site.
