We use 100% Koshu grapes cultivated and harvested in Katsunuma Town, Koshu City, Yamanashi. The grapes, specially grown to maximize the varietal aroma, produce a refreshing citrus scent, and together with a crisp acidity, this dry white wine features a clean and refreshing taste.
Koshu grape is a historic variety said to have been cultivated for over 1,200 years, and this product brings out the potential of the Koshu grape.
