In the scorching vintage of 2023, this Armonoir was a challenging year.
When the sugar content reached about 18, the grape sugar accumulation stopped, leading to the abandonment of red wine production. Instead, Brand Noir was produced as a white wine.
The color is a translucent, pale salmon pink, with sweet aromas of raspberry and white peach. The taste is crisp and dry, featuring elegant fruitiness and refreshing acidity and mineral notes.
Since this wine was born from an irregular vintage, it’s uncertain if it will become a regular item, but please be sure to try this first vintage.
