This sparkling wine is made using Muscat Bailey A from Hiroshima Prefecture and produced using the Champagne method.
Juiced in the whole room, followed by primary fermentation at low temperatures and bottling. The freshness is expressed through a short period (3 months) of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
In addition, the dosage includes reserve wine that has been aged in barrels for more than 6 months.
A lovely berry color, with a sweet aroma reminiscent of strawberries and a refreshing dry taste.
