This sparkling wine is made using Muscat Bailey A from Hiroshima Prefecture, produced by the Champagne method.
Juiced with whole clusters, primary fermentation is carried out at low temperature and bottled. Freshness is expressed through a short (3-month) secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Additionally, the dosage uses reserve wine aged in barrels for over 6 months.
A lovely berry color, with a sweet strawberry-like aroma and a crisp, dry taste.
