This sparkling wine is made using Muscat Bailey A from Hiroshima Prefecture and produced by the Champagne method.
Whole clusters are pressed, primary fermentation is done at low temperature, and then bottled. A short secondary fermentation in the bottle (3 months) creates a fresh sensation.
The dosage uses reserve wine aged in barrels for over six months.
A charming berry color with a sweet strawberry-like aroma and a crisp, dry taste.
