Using Merlot saignée juice carefully cultivated by the contracted farmer "Kisato Farm Suzuki" in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture, this wine was fermented at a low temperature. It features aromas of plum and apple, a refreshing acidity, and pleasant tannins, with a rich flavor and umami that linger well on the palate. This well-balanced wine pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, as well as meat and fish.
