The second wine in the new series "Craft Valley Blend," made with grapes from our own vineyard.
A blend of Gewürztraminer from our own Akihiro vineyard and Chardonnay from Yamagata Prefecture.
The aroma is carefully drawn out through low-temperature fermentation. It has a pale, translucent green color.
It has fruity aromas reminiscent of pear and green plum, with a citrusy acidity and a refreshing taste.
This wine pairs well with fresh dishes such as seafood and raw vegetable salads.
