Corydalis Wine / Vandal Koshū Katsunuma Estate 2021 (White) 750ml

This is a second vintage wine made from grapes cultivated using hedge planting techniques in our own vineyard, located on the right bank of the Hinagawa River, which flows from east to west in Katsunuma Town, where the well-drained, mineral-rich gravelly soil was planted in the spring of 2016.
In addition to the aroma of citrus, you can feel the aromas of tree-ripened fruits such as apricot, white peach, and pear, followed by a crisp acidity, rich minerals, and a subtle pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, making it an exquisite dry white wine with a lingering umami.
