Soryu Winery / Kakine Koshu 2020 (white)
Regular Price ¥5,500This is the first vintage wine brewed from non-Bordeaux Koshu grapes cultivated using hedge planting, which were planted in the spring of 2016 in our own vineyard with well-drained, mineral-rich gravelly soil along the right bank of the Hikawa River flowing from east to west in Katsunuma Town.
In addition to the aroma of citrus, you can feel the aromas of tree-ripened fruits such as apricot, white peach, and pear, followed by a crisp acidity, rich minerals, and a subtle pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, making it an exquisite dry white wine with a lingering umami.
(Grape raw material - 100% Koshu grapes from Katsunuma Town. Katsunuma own farm field) Geographical indication "Yamanashi" (GI Yamanashi) target product.
