We only used Chardonnay grown in our own vineyard, and it was fermented, aged, and underwent sur lie in oak barrels.
The first impression is the soft aroma of oak barrels combined with refreshing citrus scents of peach, pear, apple honey, and lemon.
When you swirl the glass, the refreshing aromas of citrus and jasmine become more pronounced, and you can also sense hints of banana and herbs in this complex wine.
