We only used Chardonnay grown in our own vineyard, and it was fermented, aged, and underwent sur lie in oak barrels.
The first impression is of vanilla, a strong barrel aroma, and a floral, sweet scent.
When you swirl the glass, the scent of yogurt and white flowers peeks out.
You can also feel the aromas of European pear, banana, and tropical fruits amidst the refreshing acidity.
