In 2023, we blended Koshu, Delaware, and Chardonnay. It has a bright, slightly coral-pinkish yellow color, with aromas reminiscent of the sweetness and acidity of ripe quince-like fruits. The taste features ripe fruit flavors alongside a firm acidity, creating an overall soft impression. It pairs well with sweet and spicy ginger pork and is a wine that complements everyday dining.
